Responsibilities and Knowledge:
- Schedule & perform various interior & exterior projects as needed for private estate clients
- Ability to complete a wide range of projects, general interior/exterior repairs and renovations
- Projects can include (but not limited to): painting, flooring installation, carpentry, full cycle renovations, construction of exterior structures and general estate level maintenance
- Basic troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical and plumbing issues
- Managing of subcontractors as needed on a per project basis
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication with clients & company management
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of verifiable experience in construction or similar trade (carpentry, HVAC, electric, plumbing, etc.)
- Prior construction related equipment and tool experience is a must
- Experience in high-end residential settings is preferred
- Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner
- Project management and time management skills
- Valid Indiana Driver's License
